Ordering

Can I change my order to different color or model?

We aim to have your items dispatched and on their way to you as quickly as possible. As such, orders are sent for processing as soon as they are confirmed and we are unable to modify orders once placed. However, you can still reach out to our Support team via our Contact page for them to help you with canceling your order for you to place a new one.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the quick turnaround between processing and courier pick-up, your order may already be on its way. We’ll do our best to cancel it, but if we’re unable to stop the shipment and it gets delivered, please contact our Support team via our Contact page to arrange a return. For an easy return process, kindly keep the packaging unopened.

What is the status of my order?

We will send you an order confirmation email with your order details once your order has been successfully placed. When your order is ready for pickup by our courier, we’ll let you know with a second email. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, so you can follow your order as it makes its way to you.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How much does shipping cost?

Free Shipping on all items.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery will typically take 5 to 7 days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier. In the event of any shipment not being fulfilled or shipped out after label creation, shipments exceeding 10 business days have the option to choose order cancellations or partial refunds.

How do I track my order?

Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.

However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately. We recommend tracking your order by our Order Tracking Page and ensuring that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or pick-up shops?

We’re unable to deliver them to PO boxes and pick-up shops. However, if you require assistance with shipping, please contact us, and we will try our best to help.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
